Trust the Unfoldment of Life

In my early business years, one of my biggest struggles was dealing with theft at my work sites.
Contractors were quietly taking away materials—drilling machines, tools, anything they could lay their hands on. We had no CCTV cameras, no security systems, and no clear way to identify who was responsible. I often found myself thinking, “If only I knew at least one policeman… even a constable.”
Around that time, I discovered that my daughter’s classmate’s father was the Inspector in our area. I gathered the courage to meet him and explain my situation. He kindly agreed to visit my office.
A few days later, he arrived in a police jeep with another officer. We sat together over a cup of coffee, and I explained my challenges. He listened patiently and said he would look into the matter. Interestingly, word spread quickly that the police had visited my office. From that day onward, nothing went missing from the site.

That small turning point stayed with me. Today, nearly 25 years later, life has unfolded in ways I could never have imagined.
I now know many policemen personally, and for the past 16 years, one of my closest friends and well-wishers has been Mr. Anoop Jaiswal, IPS—fondly called the “Buddha” in the police department for his wisdom and calm presence. He was former DGP of Tamil Nadu.
He visited our home on 18th April 2026, and it was a pleasure spending time together. I also had the privilege of presenting him with my fourth book, "The Ten Rings of Life Leadership."
There was a time when I struggled to get to know even a single constable. Today, I find myself connected with some of the finest officers in our country.
Life has its own timing.
What seems like a struggle today may quietly be preparing you for relationships and opportunities tomorrow.
